The philosophy

Working with your skin, not against it.

Healthy Skin Solutions began with a simple belief: that good skin doesn't come from harsh actives or a ten-step routine, but from working with the skin's own biology and giving it what it actually needs. We'd rather carry four brands we trust completely than a warehouse of products that overlap and contradict each other.
Everything on our shelf is here for a reason. Each brand does one thing exceptionally well, and together they form a single, calm routine that suits real skin, real budgets and real life — from a teenager's first breakout to skin that's asking for a little more support with age.

Behind the shelf

Meet Bevinn.

Healthy Skin Solutions is founded and run by Bevinn King — also the creator of Smittens, South Africa's original microfibre cleansing mitten. Bevinn built HSS around brands she uses and believes in, and in 2016 became the sole authorised South African distributor of Doctor Eckstein, the professional German skincare house. Based in Sunninghill, Johannesburg, she and the team offer honest guidance rather than a hard sell — helping every customer find the simplest routine that genuinely works for their skin.
